Bring your spouse, registered partner, minor children or dependent parents to Spain. I coordinate both the Extranjería filing and the consulate visa in the country of origin.
Overview
Family reunification in Spain (reagrupación familiar) allows non-EU residents with valid Spanish permits to bring their closest family members to live with them legally. It is governed by Articles 16–20 of LO 4/2000 and developed in RD 557/2011.
The process involves two parallel tracks: the sponsor (the person already in Spain with a valid permit) files the reunification application at Extranjería, while the family member applies for the visa at the Spanish consulate in their country of residence. I coordinate both sides to ensure the timing and documentation align.
