Remote preparation and coordination for EU citizens relocating to Spain. NIE, EU Registration Certificate, empadronamiento and Social Security — structured and verified from the start.
Overview
EU citizens have the right to live and work freely in Spain under RD 240/2007 (transposing EU Directive 2004/38/EC). However, to live legally in Spain for more than 3 months, you must register at the Registro Central de Extranjeros — which gives you your NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) and the EU Registration Certificate (Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión).
While the right exists automatically, the administrative process involves multiple appointments, forms and specific documents that many EU citizens get wrong on their first attempt. I prepare your complete file remotely, so your in-person appointment in Spain goes smoothly from the first visit.
