Work permit, NIE, TIE and Social Security registration for non-EU employees joining your Spanish office. Full legal and administrative management — eligibility confirmed before any offer is extended.
Overview
Hiring non-EU talent for your Spanish operation requires a work permit — obtained by the employer before the employee can start. The process involves both the company (sponsoring the permit) and the employee (providing documents), and takes typically 2–3 months from a complete submission.
I manage the entire process from the company side — coordinating with the employee, preparing the employer documentation, handling Extranjería and UGE submissions, and following up until the permit is in hand. Most importantly, I confirm eligibility before any offer is made, so your hiring decisions stand on solid legal ground.
