Before any introduction is made, I confirm permit eligibility so there are no wasted applications or offers that fall through at the legal stage.

This service is distinct from a recruitment agency. I don't submit your CV to every open role. I assess your profile, identify the right employer profiles for your level and ambitions, and make targeted, warm introductions — backed by a full permit management service if you land the role.

How is pricing structured?▼

Reduced upfront fee covering the profile assessment, CV strategy and initial market mapping. The remainder is a success fee — paid on placement. This aligns my incentive directly with your outcome.

What markets do you cover?▼

Spain (primarily Madrid and Barcelona) and the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague). Both markets have distinct dynamics — I work in both regularly.

Is the permit included?▼

Permit eligibility is confirmed as part of the service at no extra cost. Full permit management (application to TIE) can be added — either as part of the A-to-Z package or as a separate instruction.

How long does the process take?▼

Typical timeline from profile assessment to first introduction: 3–6 weeks. Placement timelines vary by sector and seniority — I set realistic expectations case by case.

Can my employer be reimbursed?▼

Many companies reimburse the placement fee as a signing bonus or first-month allowance. I provide a standard clause for the offer letter on request.
