No. The entire initial process of consultation, roadmap, document review  is handled remotely. You only need to be present for specific administrative steps like biometric appointments, which we coordinate in advance.

Once your file is complete and submitted, the UGE (Unidad de Grandes Empresas) typically resolves applications within 20 working days. Preparation time varies by case complexity, usually 2–4 weeks.

The Digital Nomad Visa is for people who work remotely for non-Spanish clients or companies. The Non-Lucrative Visa is for people with passive income, savings or pensions who do not intend to work in Spain. Your eligibility depends on your income source and structure.

We assess viability before submitting, if your case is unlikely to succeed, we tell you in the first consultation at no cost. If an application is rejected after submission, we review the grounds and advise on next steps, including appeals where appropriate.
