These terms govern your booking and use of coaching services offered by Claudia Miralles Berna ("we", "us"), based in Madrid, Spain. By booking a session or cohort through this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We offer relocation and cultural-adjustment coaching for people moving to Spain, delivered remotely: a 4-week group cohort, individual and duo 1:1 sessions, and a 4-session package using the Arc Method framework. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, immigration/visa advice, or financial advice — for those, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.
2. Bookings and Payment
Prices are shown in EUR and paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details directly. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Individual and duo 1:1 sessions can be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded with at least 2 days' notice before the scheduled session. Cohort spots are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort's start date. Requests made after these windows are not eligible for a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
The Arc Method framework, session materials, and all content on this site are the property of Claudia Miralles Berna and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to create derivative coaching programs without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Coaching outcomes depend on your own circumstances and effort — we don't guarantee specific results (a successful visa outcome, employment, or any other external event). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session or package.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to in your own country of residence.
