What this site currently uses
No cookies set without your say-so. The one thing stored in your browser automatically is a small, non-cookie entry in local storage recording whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner — that's it, and it never leaves your device.
If you accept the cookie banner, this site loads Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it — pages viewed, general location, device type. IP addresses are anonymized. If you reject it, or don't respond, analytics never loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time — see "Managing your preference" below.
When you actually complete a booking, you're taken to Stripe's own checkout page (a different domain, checkout.stripe.com) — Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment securely, regardless of your analytics choice above. Those are governed by Stripe's cookie policy, not this one, since they never touch this site directly.
If that changes
If other analytics or tracking tools are added to this site in the future, this page will be updated to say exactly what's used and why, and the cookie banner will keep asking for consent before anything loads — not after.
